• Manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion
• Coordinate and supervise Trade Partners
• Maintain project schedules and job site logistics
• Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Monitor project budgets and raise scope deviations proactively
• Maintain daily job logs and photo documentation
• Work closely with Project Directors to deliver exceptional client experiences

• 5+ years of residential construction experience
• 2+ years managing job sites
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly organized and proactive
• Comfortable working with scheduling and project management software
• Committed to maintaining professional job site standards

$75,000 - $95,000 yearly
