What Are We Looking For?

Your Health is currently looking for a Regional Lab Coordinator to join our growing primary care family.

The following is a list of essential functions, which may be subject to change at any time and without notice. Management may assign new duties, reassign existing duties, and/or eliminate function(s).

Responsibilities
  • Coordinator and track lab draw requests across the assigned region in alignment with provider orders
  • Ensure accurate documentation of lab orders, collections, and results within the EHR system
  • Confirm timely delivery of lab specimens and escalate delays as needed
  • Maintain weekly reporting on lab draw volumes, turnaround times, and common barriers
  • Notify providers and care teams of pending lab results or required follow-ups
  • Seve as a liaison between providers and laboratory team to troubleshoot issues
  • Monitor prover cases related to labs and support closed-loop follow-up processes
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, certification in phlebotomy preferred.
  • 2+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in a clinical or laboratory setting.
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively.
  • Physician services and management skills a plus
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
  • Should demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills under all conditions
