Position:
Medtech FT including every other weekend

At our community, we're dedicated to creating a warm and supportive environment where seniors can thrive and feel truly  team is committed to providing personalized care with compassion, empathy, and respect for each resident s unique needs and preferences.

• You will be a caregiver here when you are medtech—we believe in getting to know our residents and providing the best care for them.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
• Helping residents with mobility and transferring as needed
• Monitoring and documenting changes in residents  health and behavior
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure residents  needs are met
• Medication management

• Prior experience as a caregiver and Medtech required
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of our residents
• Medication management required
• Must be able to pass a full background check
• Must have current certificate
