Hiring Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 DOQ
Summary: Works with Admin/Finance Director to perform the accurate and timely financial reporting of District revenues, expenses, and capital expenditures. Manages District cash flow, reserves, grant, and bond proceeds. Works with District Management in overseeing the budget process. Analyzes, develops, and implements internal controls for the integrity and accurate reporting of general ledger accounts. Helps develop policies for procurement, rates, and human resources for Board Approval.
Works with Admin/Finance Director to manage the overall efficiency of the office administration by overseeing the effective operation of administrative software and associated workflow processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
In coordination with the Admin/Finance Director supervises five employees in the Administration Department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field plus three years’ experience in a financial and accounting role or eight years equivalent training and work experience. Certified Public Accountant Certification preferred. Governmental accounting and supervisory experience preferred.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of financial software;
Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and Office.
