This opportunity is with a highly respected, well-established regional healthcare system serving coastal communities in South Carolina.

The primary care service line supports multiple locations in and around Hilton Head, offering excellent resources, experienced APP support, and a stable patient population focused on preventive care and chronic disease management.

The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its outpatient primary care team in Hilton Head, South Carolina
.

This role includes:

• Outpatient primary care for patients of all ages
• Chronic disease management (HTN, diabetes, thyroid disorders, etc.)
• Preventive care, annual exams, and wellness visits
• Basic procedures depending on skill and interest
• Collaborative care with specialists and care coordinators

This is a full‑time, outpatient‑only position offering strong compensation, excellent benefits, and a supportive clinical environment. Both experienced physicians and 2025/2026 graduates are welcome to apply.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive care visits, physicals, and health screenings
• Order, review, and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Develop patient‑centered treatment plans and provide ongoing follow‑up
• Provide minor office‑based procedures (if applicable)
• Collaborate with nurses, APPs, and care team members
• Coordinate care with specialty services as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR
• Participate in quality initiatives, performance improvement, and team meetings

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Completed residency in Family Medicine

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for a South Carolina medical license
• BLS required

• Open to new residency graduates
• Experienced Family Medicine physicians strongly encouraged to apply
