Position Summary

The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join its thriving outpatient team in Hilton Head, South Carolina
.

This full-time, outpatient-only role offers a predictable weekday schedule with no call requirements

Essential Position Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients across all age groups.
  • Perform routine exams, preventive screenings, and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, specialists, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Promote preventive health, patient education, and wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Participate in quality improvement, professional development, and team-based initiatives.
Qualifications

Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; eligible for South Carolina medical licensure.
Experience: Prior outpatient or primary care experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
