Program Concierge - Guest ServicesThe Program Concierge provides remarkable customer service by assisting guests with arrival, departure, and all needs during their stay. Responsibilities include managing the welcome desk, handling the process for arriving and departing guests, organizing recreational activities (including bike rentals), scheduling in‑house and off‑site appointments, providing concierge services, communicating maintenance and housekeeping requests, transporting guests as needed, and coordinating transportation schedules with guests and drivers.
Requirements- Proficient with computers and software systems.
- Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred).
- Earned Paid Time Off (9 days paid in your first year, 16 days in your second).
