The Superintendent oversees daily field operations on multiple custom residential projects, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety standards are met. This role works closely with the Project Manager and Pre-Construction team to keep jobs moving efficiently.

• Manage 4–5 active custom home and remodeling projects
• Oversee daily jobsite operations, safety, and quality
• Coordinate subcontractors and trade schedules
• Maintain daily logs and site documentation
• Use Builder Trend for tracking and updates
• Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues

• Experience as a Superintendent in custom home building
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Builder Trend experience preferred
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing
• Must live on Hilton Head Island or Bluffton

• $42,000 – $55,000 salary (flexible for the right candidate)
