** RN Flex Pool - Nights

- ** Licensure Requirement:** - All travelers must possess an active State of HI license upon acceptance of offer.
- License must be obtained before the start of the assignment.
- ** Exemption Policy:** - Medical and religious exemption requests will not be accepted in lieu of documented proof of immunity.
- ** General Duties:** - Flex RN floats between various medical and surgical units, bringing your expertise to where it's needed most.

* Schedule:
** - 12-hour night shifts from 1845 to 0715.
- Scheduled for 36 hours per week following the first week of orientation.
- No guarantee of hours.
- ** Equipment Utilized:** - Meditech EMR - Pyxis - Wound Vac - Chest Tubes
- *
* Experience:
** - Minimum of 2 years up to 10 years of nursing experience required.
- ** Certifications
Required:
** - BLS - ACLS - (Preferred: PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC)
- ** Floating Requirements:** - May float to Medical Unit, Laulima Unit, and Cardiovascular Unit on rare occasions.
- ** Bed Size / Room Information:** - Medical Unit: 77 beds - Laulima (Surgical Acute): 18 beds - Cardiovascular Unit: 15 beds
- ** Nurse to Patient Ratio:** - Medical Unit: 1:6 for days and evenings; 1:8 for nights - Laulima Unit: 1:6 - Cardiovascular Unit: 1:4 - Ratios may vary due to unexpected leaves.
- ** Dress Code:** - Professional nursing attire; clean scrubs required.
