Travel RN - Med​/Surg - Long Term Care

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Long Term Care position in Hawaii requiring a HI RN license and varied shift availability.

Job Details

• Work in a long term care facility located on a hospital campus,

• Care for a diverse long term care patient population,

• Varied 8-hour shifts including days ), evenings ), and nights ),

• Shift schedule includes weekends and holidays,

• Overtime rotation may be required,

• No guarantee of hours or preferred shift selection,

Job Requirements

• Active HI RN license required by assignment start date,

• Minimum of 2 years RN experience required,

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required,

• Must have license available for employee health and HR clearance appointment,

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration,

• Duties involve communicating with MD/NP, admitting and discharging, and assisting with activities of daily living,

• Additional care duties include gastrostomy tube, urinary catheter, nebulizer, wound vac, and CPAP care,

• All compliance documents must be completed and uploaded at least one week before start date,

• Candidate must arrive the Friday prior to start for employee health and HR clearance-no exceptions,
