We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) unit located on a hospital campus. This role involves providing quality patient care, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring effective communication with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments and monitor health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Notify MD/NP of any significant patient changes
- Assist with admissions and discharges
- Provide ADL (Activities of Daily Living) support
- Perform specialized care including:
- Gastrostomy tube care
- Urinary catheter care
- Nebulized treatments
- Wound VAC care
- CPAP care
- Tracheostomy care
- Carry out additional nursing duties as assigned
- 8-hour varied shifts (including weekends & holidays)
- Must be flexible — no guaranteed hours or shift preference
- Bed Size: 150–500 beds

Hilo, HI 96720
Active LPN license (state license required upon acceptance)
Minimum 1 year of LTC nursing experience
Proof of flu vaccination before contract start
Must arrive the Thursday prior to start date for employee health appointment
