** Join Our Dynamic OR Team as a Circulating RN!** *
* Job Description:
** - Be an integral part of our fast-paced Operating Room environment.
- Circulate a diverse range of cases including:
- General Surgery - Orthopedic - Vascular - Ophthalmic - Urology - ENT - Endoscopy - Robotic - Obstetrics - Gynecology - Assist with turnover cleaning and transport patients as needed.
- Play a vital role in scheduling cases efficiently.
** Equipment You Will Utilize:** - Meditech - PYXIS
** Required
Skills and Experience:
** - Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience circulating cases in a hospital setting.
- Ability to scrub cases is preferred.
** Licensure and Certifications Needed:** - Current BLS certification.
- State of Hawaii RN license.
** Shift and Schedule Details:** - Flexible shifts within operational hours of 0645 to 2315, Monday through Friday.
- Commitment to 40 hours per week, with the possibility of 32 hours during certain holidays.
- Participate in a 24/7 call rotation, averaging 1-2 calls per week plus up to 2 weekends a month.
- Must be within a 30-minute radius of the hospital for call back.
- Orientation on day shift for up to 1 week based on manager's discretion.
** Unit Facts:** - 6 OR suites, with one dedicated to C-sections.
- Daily operations include running 4 to 6 rooms simultaneously.
- A small yet highly efficient and busy OR.
** Dress Code:** - Scrubs are provided for your convenience.
