* Job Description:

** Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (ICU RN)

Required:
** Minimum 3 years of Intensive Care experience

* Key Responsibilities:
** - Provide exceptional nursing care in a fast-paced ICU environment.
- Utilize Meditech for electronic health records and patient management.
*
* Qualifications:
** - Active HI nursing license required by start of assignment.
- Current certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - NIH Stroke Scale Certification (Nursing may provide online training as part of orientation)

* Work Schedule:
** - Flexible shifts (Day or Night) based on staffing needs.
- 3–12-hour shifts per week following the first week of orientation.
- 2–12-hour call shifts every 4-week roster period.
** Unit Details:** - Bed Size: 11 beds - Nurse to Patient Ratio: 2:1
** Additional Information:** - Floating to other critical care and step-down units may be required as needed.
- Professional dress code:
Scrubs
** Orientation:** - 1 week of comprehensive orientation up to 40 hours.
