• Travel RN with strong Med-Surg background
• 2–10 years of recent acute-care experience
• Comfortable floating between medical, surgical, and cardiovascular units
• Able to adapt quickly with limited orientation

• Active Hawaii RN license by start date (must apply immediately upon offer if not active)
• No medical or religious exemptions accepted – full proof of immunity required
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred
• Strongly preferred certifications: PALS, TNCC, ENPC, Procedural Sedation

• Solid Med-Surg nursing skills
• Experience with:
  • Chest tubes
  • Wound vacs
  • Pyxis
  • Meditech EMR
• Ability to handle higher nurse-to-patient ratios when needed

• 12-hour day shifts (0645–1915)
• 36 hours/week after orientation
• No guaranteed hours
• Willing to float to:
  • Medical Unit
  • Laulima (Surgical Acute)
  • Cardiovascular Unit (rare)

• Comfortable with ratios:
  • Medical: 1:6 (days/eves), up to 1:8 (nights)
  • Surgical Acute (Laulima): 1:6
  • Cardiovascular: 1:4
• Understands ratios may change due to staffing needs
