Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for night shifts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment in Hawaii with a current HI RN license required.
Responsibilities- Work in a 28-bed Emergency Department with 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms
- Fast-paced environment with rapid patient turnover
- Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts weekly following orientation
- Initial week of orientation before starting the regular schedule
- No guarantee of weekly hours
- All travelers must report to Employee Health 48-72 hours prior to the start of assignment
- Plan to arrive in Hawaii by the Thursday before the assignment begins to attend Employee Health on Friday morning
- Team-oriented work environment
- Current, active HI RN license required by assignment start
- Minimum of 2 years Emergency Department RN experience required
- Certifications required: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, and PALS
