The role involves managing litigation and regulatory matters and counseling Epic on its evolving competitive landscape. Your responsibilities will grow in scope with your experience.

• 3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to Madison, WI necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
