Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with at least 2 years of experience and current ARRT and BLS certifications.
Responsibilities- Work in a diagnostic imaging department with varied shifts, including day and evening hours
- Average of 3 days of on-call per month is required
- Experience with Meditech EMR, Epic EMR, Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, and Konica DR is preferred
- Must report to Employee Health 48-72 hours prior to start; arrival on island the Friday before Monday start is required for clearance appointments
- Ability to work unsupervised and follow established safety protocols is expected
- No guarantee of hours or requested time off
- Varied 12-hour shifts may be scheduled
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a radiologic technologist
- Current ARRT certification
- Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer by start of assignment (license required if applicable)
- Current BLS/BCLS certification
- Demonstrated proficiency with radiographic equipment, functions independently, and knowledge of radiation safety and protocols
- Must have and use a personal dosimeter badge
