PT - Physical Therapist

• Variable shifts:
  Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm, Tues-Sat 8:30am-5:00pm, or Sun-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients, plan and implement ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by the attending physician and/or consulting specialist, and provide consulting physical therapist services. This position focuses on primary coverage in Acute Rehab with secondary duties in ICF/SNF Rehab.

• Evaluate and re-evaluate patients/residents to determine needs.
• Plan and implement physical therapy programs.
• Provide consultation and guidance in physical therapy practices.
• Ensure availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations.

• Minimum 6 months work experience in at least one of the following settings:
  Acute, rehabilitation hospital, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Must possess a current and active Hawaii license by the start of the assignment.
• BLS certification is required.
