Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work varied day and evening shifts with average of 3 days of call per month

• No guarantee of hours or time requested off

• Must arrive on island the Thursday before start date for employee health appointment on Friday

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a radiologic technologist required

• Must function independently without supervision

• Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in operation of radiographic equipment

• Knowledge of radiation safety and protocols required

• Must maintain dosimeter badge

• Experience with Epic EMR, Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, and Konica DR preferred

• Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer required

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

• Any traveler not currently in possession of active State of Hawaii license must apply upon acceptance of offer

The facility utilizes advanced radiographic equipment including Philips DR systems, C-arms, and Konica DR technology, along with Epic EMR systems. The organization maintains high standards for radiation safety protocols and requires experienced technologists who can work independently while providing quality diagnostic imaging services to patients.
