Job Description

At Hilo Benioff Medical Center, students can apply to complete job shadows with clinicians in a patient-facing setting. This application is for individuals who are NOT seeking academic credit.

• Individuals must be a minimum of 16 years old (must have parent/guardian consent if under the age of 18)
• Proof and maintenance of all vaccinations required by the hospital
• Organized and dependable, including the ability to show up to designated times for job shadows.

Hilo Benioff Medical Center functions as a Level III Trauma Center, which includes the second busiest emergency room in the state, providing 24-hour care and serving more than 50,000 patients annually.
