  Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Assignment
• Healthcare Setting:
  Long Term Care (LTC) facility on hospital campus
• Start Date:
  
  September 22, 2025
• End Date:
  December 22, 2025
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; flexibility required (no guarantee of hours or shift preference)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680 - $1800

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; out-of-state RNs must obtain Hawaii nursing license prior to start date
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (Long Term Care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred)
• Current Nursing Certification (BLS/CPR preferred)
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and deliver individualized nursing care
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document care accurately
• Communicate pertinent patient information to physicians (MD/NP) and healthcare team
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide specialized nursing care, including Gastrostomy Tube care, Urinary Catheter care, Nebulized Treatments, Wound Vac care, CPAP care, and Tracheostomy care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Perform additional nursing duties as assigned
