  Medical (77 beds), Laulima Surgical Acute (18 beds), Cardiovascular (15 beds)
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio:
  Medical (1:8 nights), Laulima (1:6), Cardiovascular (1:4)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680–$1800

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Hawaii nursing license required by start date (licensure assistance available for out-of-state nurses)
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in cardiac stepdown, medical-surgical, or acute care nursing jobs
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred (PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC certifications are a plus)
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vacs, and chest tubes
• Ability to float between Medical, Laulima, and Cardiovascular units
• Professional nursing attire (clean scrubs)
• Proof of immunity required; medical and religious exemption requests not accepted

Travel Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Cardiac Stepdown and medical-surgical units
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
• Administer medications and manage clinical equipment including wound vacs and chest tubes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float to assigned units based on staffing needs and patient acuity
• Participate in unit-specific orientation and ongoing clinical training
