Our client are a well-established, growth-oriented accounting and consulting firm with deep roots across the western U.S. and a track record going back over six decades. We're looking for a sharp, experienced Tax Manager to lead client engagements, mentor a strong team, and own complex tax work from start to finish. If you thrive on solving tough tax challenges and enjoy developing people as much as you enjoy the technical side, this is your seat.

Take ownership of complex tax returns and IRS/state examinations. Advise clients on sophisticated tax matters and be the go-to expert in the room. Lead, delegate, and develop a team of tax preparers and seniors - coaching them, reviewing their work, and setting them up to grow. Keep engagements on time and on budget without sacrificing quality.

5-7 years in public accounting with a clear progression in tax complexity. At least 1 year in a supervisory role. Active CPA license required. Bachelor's in Accounting required;
Master's in Taxation a plus.
