As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. Your expertise will help diagnose and repair vehicles, making a real difference in our customers' lives.

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests.
• Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns efficiently.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest needs.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results.

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• A-level or B-level experience is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in navigating a computer.
