Job Description
Manages pizza store. Directs, coordinates, and participates in the preparation of and cooking, wrapping, packaging of the type of food served or prepared by the establishment. Collects monies from take‑out customers or delivered orders, orders supplies and food products, interviews, hires, and trains personnel, coordinates activities of workers, and keeps business records of collecting and paying accounts.
Employees may acquire the manager position by first working as a drive‑in or assistant manager. Employees must take certain courses provided by the employer. Working in a store under the direct supervision of a supervisor, who must recommend that the employee is fully capable of managing a store, is required. Employees must be at least 18 years of age and meet MVR (motor vehicle record) standards.
Must maintain a vehicle and vehicle insurance in accordance with state requirements. Must be available to work over the weekends (Friday to Sunday).
The essential communication for this job includes verbal communication with customers and employees; written communication skills are required for record keeping and reports. Must keep the store environment clean and friendly, lead and build a strong team, prepare weekly goals to promote sales growth, and maintain the image and standard of Domino’s Pizza at all times.
