As Centre Manager at Community Kids Haven Hillside,you’lllead a passionate team delivering high-quality, play-based learning while driving operational excellence andcentregrowth.
Create a high-performance culture where educatorsthriveand children achieve exceptional outcomes.
The RoleLead the overall operations, performance, and culture of a high-performing early learning centre.
Mentor and empower educators to deliver exceptional care aligned with EYLF and NQS.
Drive occupancy, financial performance, and continuous quality improvement.
Build strong relationships with families, the community, and key stakeholders.
Ensure full compliance with National Regulations and champion the Centre’s Quality Improvement Plan.
What You’ll BringACECQA-approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in early childhood education, including at least 2 years in a Centre Manager or senior leadership role.
Demonstrated success in improving occupancy, financial performance, and team engagement outcomes.
Strong working knowledge of National Regulations, NQS, EYLF, and Victorian frameworks.
Proven capability in budget management, rostering, and operational compliance.
Current Working with Children Check and all mandatory certifications (First Aid HLTAID
012, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, Mandatory Reporting, Food Safety Supervisor).
$115,000 - $130,000 *
