Qualifications1. Must possess a valid New Jersey Teaching or Substitute Certificate.
Salary$3,000.00 stipend.
- Hillside Education Association members who hold a teaching certificate have first priority for appointment as athletic coaches.
- In the event that there is no qualified and certified applicant from within the teachers' bargaining unit, the Board may appoint the holder of a county substitute credential with the county superintendent's approval.
