Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As a Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients using individualized care plans developed from comprehensive evaluations.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
- Apply strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills to work well with others and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
- Administer standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patients' progress.
