• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be dependable, punctual, cooperative, and have neat appearance
• Must be physically able to perform all duties of the job
• Ability to work effectively with staff, students, and public
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Security training a plus

Special Requirements of the Position

• Ability to communicate with diverse groups and positively represent the school.
• Interact with co‑workers and students in a courteous, tactful, and pleasant manner, sometimes in stressful and busy situations.

• Supervise students in cafeteria; student conduct is the responsibility of the supervisor.
• Maintain acceptable student behavior and conduct in the eating area.
• Maintain a professional attitude while disciplining students.
• Enforce procedures consistently; enforce good lunchroom manners; running and misconduct shall not be tolerated.
• Maintain a strong attendance record.
• Gain understanding of school procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned.
