Overview
Job Purpose The Club Account Manager's purpose is to build and develop clubs with historically smaller sales volumes which are not serviced by Territory Sales Managers. The Club Account Manager will establish relationships with these clubs and partner in their growth journey to evolve into larger and more prosperous clubs.
Responsibilities- Own assigned accounts with frequent communication strategies based on customer demands
- Identify clubs to determine transition, fill-in, or mixed buying cycle
- Communicate with clubs with check-ins, go live dates, order dates, rostered loads vs forecast, order management reporting, and review club card review
- CAM must be fully equipped to create opportunities, forecast, and ensure timely updates to the CRM forecast which include updating TPS and ongoing servicing of accounts to maximize sales and meet expectations for customer experience
- Validate site by reviewing TPS PDF export sending online signoff approval through Docu Sign when applicable including rebate %, customization colors, placement, and product kit package
- Support through IAM resources for roster assistance as needed, however, may require some independence by the CAM
- Partner with TSM who will support, and mentor as needed through ongoing assistance with club sales
- Must be fully equipped to work tableau reporting based on assigned accounts
- Build and sustain relationships with club leadership while continuing to achieve desired growth targets outlined by Sales Leadership
- Impeccable attention to detail with roster loads, specifications on uniform selections, time management, and the ability to work independently and function under pressure
- Frequent communications with Sales Leadership on club updates, potential risks, proactive solution remedies, and strategies for growth
- Partner with club leadership to develop growth strategies while communicating forecasting timelines to minimize deployment challenges
- Remain flexible in schedules and attentive to customer scheduled meetings. This includes customers outside normally scheduled business hours, including phones calls, workload demands, and weekends
- Traveling to attend AYSO conventions and soccer events to service and prospect these potential customers
- Expanded hours during peak to ensure all customer demands are met in a timely manner
- Elevated decision making and judgments based on organizational KPI’s and customer value
- Recognizing workload demands especially during peak may require additional hours to complete work assignments

- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exhibit strong leadership qualities
- Demonstrate sound leadership and teamwork skills working effectively as a team member while continuing to work independently
Education: High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years’ ISR experience, or equivalent experience outside of Sports Endeavors
Computer
Skills:
Fully proficient in all Microsoft programs. Experience working with AWS, AMS, CRM, TPS, and Tableau desired.
- Regularly stand, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel and use hands or fingers to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard and mouse.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required
Office environment with potential for hybrid work after successful performance of job responsibilities.
