The Orange County Health Department is seeking a highly-motivated and experienced office assistant with excellent customer service and communication skills to assist with the daily operations of nutrition services programs.

The work is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the nutrition program and the Personal Health Services in the Health Department. Typical work functions include, but are not limited to, scheduling clients, working with medical offices to obtain referral information, providing reports for referred and enrolled clients, preparing client medical records prior to appointments, and compiling data for regular and special reports as well as typical administrative duties.
