Process Engineer - SMT / Automotive Lighting ఉన్నాయి
AMS OSRAM, a world leader in automotive lighting, with over 500 employees in Hillsboro, Nેહ, is seeking a Process Engineer to oversee manufacturing processes for automotive lighting products.
Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain SMT manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost and delivery targets.
- Program and optimize SMT equipment (pick‑and‑place machines, stencil printers, reflow ovens, AOI/AXI).
- Perform root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for defects such as solder bridging, tombstoning, misalignment and insufficient solder.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, setup sheets and process control plans.
- Lead process capability studies and implement statistical process control (SPC).
- Collaborate with design engineering to improve manufacturability (DFM) ofуулах new products.
- Select solder paste, stencils, nozzles and other materials to optimize yield and reliability.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) from prototype to full‑scale production.
- Train operators and technicians on SMT best practices and equipment use.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase line efficiency, reduce scrap and improve quality.
- Ensure compliance with IPC standards (IPC‑A‑610, J‑STD‑001, etc.) and ESD control requirements.
