Our client, a highly respected New Jersey–based business leader, is seeking an experienced Piper M700 Fury Pilot in Command to operate a privately owned aircraft under Part 91
. This is a unique opportunity to fly a state-of-the-art turboprop in support of both business and personal travel throughout the United States. The role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to be a trusted aviation professional in a high-visibility position.
- Serve as Pilot in Command of the Piper M700 Fury, ensuring strict compliance with FAA regulations and owner policies.
- Perform comprehensive flight planning, including routing, performance calculations, weather analysis, and fuel planning.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in IFR, high-altitude, and single-pilot operations utilizing Garmin G3000, HALO, and Autoland systems.
- Coordinate aircraft maintenance, inspections, and service events while maintaining accurate records and logbooks.
- Assist with securing and managing hangar space; support operations for additional owner aircraft as required.
- Ensure the aircraft is maintained to “show plane” standards, including fueling coordination, ground handling, and pre-trip preparation.
- Communicate professionally with the owner and passengers, providing clear briefings on trip logistics and safety considerations.
- FAA Private or Commercial Pilot Certificate (Commercial preferred).
- Instrument Rating with high-performance, complex, and high-altitude endorsements.
- Current FAA Third-Class Medical (Second-Class preferred).
- Meets FAA currency requirements for passenger carriage and IFR operations.
- Willingness to complete PA-46/M-class initial training and participate in owner-provided recurrent training.
- 1,000–1,500+ total flight hours with substantial PIC time and turbine or turboprop experience.
- Previous experience in the PA-46 series or comparable single-pilot turbine aircraft strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated recent single-pilot IFR experience in complex aircraft.
- Competitive annual salary: $75,000–$100,000 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
- Permanent, full-time role with direct employment by the aircraft owner.
