PositionThis is a full‑time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Hillsborough, NJ financial center at 601 Route 206 North Unit 46
. Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays).
- Drive Sales Performance:
Utilize Fulton’s sales process and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to align key activities and behaviors needed to achieve and exceed sales growth for both new and existing customers within the consumer and business segments. Establish employee performance expectations and development plans to identify areas for improvement and set clear, actionable goals. Leverage the CRM to cultivate meaningful relationships with customers, whether onboarding new clients or nurturing existing relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.

Coaching:
Actively utilize Fulton coaching models and feedback mechanisms to guide Financial Center employees toward goal attainment and sustained performance excellence. Consistent coaching, mentoring, role play, customized learning and support empower the team to overcome challenges, develop key competencies, and excel in their roles. - Business Development and Community Engagement:
Build and maintain a strong network within the local community, engage with individuals, small businesses, and community organizations, identify opportunities to promote our small business banking products and services, and participate in networking and community activities including non‑profit board/committee positions to position Fulton as a valuable partner. - Operational Excellence:
Oversee the implementation of internal processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with risk management initiatives and regulations. Evaluate and optimize operational efficiency to maximize profitability and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency. - Manage and Develop Talent:
Plan, assign, and evaluate the work of the financial center team. Screen and select top candidates, provide guidance and coaching, establish clear goals and objectives, monitor workflow and quality, manage performance appraisals and pay recommendations to ensure the team is motivated and performing at their best. - Strategic Leadership:
Extend beyond the financial center and contribute to broader business and corporate initiatives. Lead through organizational change, partner with the Commercial segment, champion cultural activities, and participate in focus groups and task forces to drive continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Specialty Business or other applicable. (Required)
- Experience: 5 or more years in Banking, Financial Services, or sales. (Required)
- 3 or more years leading sales, operations, or risk management. (Required)
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to motivate a sales team, set expectations and drive accountability. (Required)

The salary range for this position is $63,000.00 – $ annually.
Additional compensation:
Eligible to participate in a short‑term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
