• Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including business development, sales, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Supervise and provide guidance to retail staff, including training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Manage projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor profit loss statements and take appropriate actions to meet financial targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

• 5 years of warehouse operations experience
• Must have irrigation and landscaping knowledge
• Must have retail management experience
• Inventory management experience
• Sales order process experience
• Experience managing cycle counts
• Ability to manage trucks for location, equipment, employees, pay, and schedule

• Warehouse operations and irrigation and landscaping knowledge
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in business development and sales
• Ability to effectively manage projects from initiation to completion
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Knowledge of financial principles and ability to analyze profit loss statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
