Accounts Receivable Specialist

This is a full-time on-site position for an Accounts Receivable Specialist located in Hillsborough, NJ. In this role, you will handle accounts receivable functions such as generating and processing invoices, monitoring payments, and conducting timely follow-ups for overdue accounts. Responsibilities also include managing debt collection efforts, maintaining accurate financial records, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure payments are made on time.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy and contributing to the success of the organization.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Proficiency in Finance-related practices, including account management and reconciliations.
• Excellent Communication skills for liaising with internal teams and clients professionally.
• Experience in Debt Collection and Invoicing processes.
• Proficient in using accounting software and tools; working knowledge of Netsuite and MS Excel preferred.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines with high accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field is a plus.
