The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Proactively communicating with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, measurements, cycle counts, and signage installation accurately and promptly.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that sets us apart.
• Providing peak coverage during high-demand periods.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is a plus. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise levels.
• Shifts typically no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces, with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and complete documentation accurately.
• Handle birds/poultry safely.
• Operate equipment like forklifts (if age-appropriate).
• Lifting up to 50 pounds required.
• Driving, standing, walking, reaching overhead, and moving merchandise throughout the store.
