Job Details

As Mill Superintendent, you'll take full command of daily mill operations - driving production excellence, leading a strong team, and embedding continuous improvement into every process. From optimizing workflows to mentoring leaders, this is your chance to make a measurable impact from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own mill operations - ensuring production goals are smashed and product quality never slips
• Lead and inspire a skilled team of operators, supervisors, and leads with clear direction and high expectations
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing inefficiencies, solving problems, and implementing lean manufacturing strategies
• Monitor and maintain product quality standards while rapidly resolving issues
• Proactively optimize workflows, ensure equipment is maintained, and drive operational performance
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, salaries, and benefits to support team engagement and long-term growth

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing mill or production operations
• Background in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field - degree preferred, but real-world results speak volumes
• In-depth understanding of mill systems, machinery, and production tools
• Passion for operational excellence - you thrive on data, KPIs, and root cause analysis
• A leader who develops talent, drives accountability, and builds a culture of ownership and success
