Production Operator

Location: Hillsboro, TX

We are seeking experienced Production Operators to join our team at our Hillsboro, TX plant, where we produce premium asphalt roofing shingles in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

• Operate machinery and ensure proper feeding of raw materials
• Resolve line stoppages, clear jams, and verify product quality
• Prepare products for shipment and document production activities
• Adhere to safety policies and complete safety checklists
• Operate forklifts and document production data
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in heavy industrial manufacturing or construction preferred
• Forklift operating experience preferred
• Ability to work in dusty environments, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
• Fluent in English, with good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
