Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Hillsboro, Texas

Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations. Evaluate, plan, and deliver therapy to help patients improve their communication and swallowing abilities.

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols

• Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
• Current Texas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) or CFY eligibility
• Strong communication and clinical problem‑solving skills
