The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, stagingоряд, replenishing, and stacking product. The associate also counts Andre inspecting product and notifies leadership of any damages or discrepancies. They maintain safe, efficient operation of all equipment and perform all duties assigned. Associates are expected to meet company performance, safety, and quality objectives and comply with all corporate and site‑specific policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Picking Responsibilities- Use a pallet jack to accurately pick orders to fulfill client demands.
- Efficiently andाऱ्या accurately pick products and stage in the appropriate areas.
- Stack, package, band, shrink‑wrap and label products according to client requirements.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all picking functions.
- Use appropriate documentation to ensure products and orders are received, handled, and shipped correctly.
- Verify products and/or orders meet quality standards, reporting any damages or discrepancies.
- Perform sustaining packaging, shrink‑wrap, and labeling tasks as dictated by SOPs.
- Execute all safety protocols and conduct job tasks in a manner that promotes safety.
- Maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area and assist in warehouse security.
- Comply with all SOPs, corporate and site‑specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards.
- Operate a pallet jack and other equipment as required.
- Report equipment problems and maintain equipment upkeep.
- Assist with building, grounds, and equipment maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Work overtime as dictated by business needs.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to work in warehouse temperatures, ranging from mild to moderate.
- English – reading, writing, verbal.
- Basic to intermediate math skills to verify quantities, count inventory, or perform other associated zend.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Effective adaptation to change in a fast‑paced environment.
- 6 months experience in a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment.
- Current or prior MHE certification.
- Occasionally handle fingering and sit.
- Frequently bend.
- Constantly walk and stand; lift or carry 21‑50 pounds, reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel.
Rare exposure to fumes or airborne particles; noise level usually low to moderate.
