Facilities and Support Services – Hillsboro, Oregon

Perform highly skilled maintenance and trades work in District facilities. Coordinate other staff and contractors to complete projects.

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications
• Hold a valid Oregon driver’s license
• Hold a valid license related to identified trades
• Experience with implementing project blueprints
• Knowledge of regulations governing work within identified trades
• Knowledge of applicable safety rules and best practices within identified trades
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
• LME – Oregon Limited Maintenance Electrician License
• Refrigeration License (able to buy and transport refrigerant)
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and controls

• Predictable work schedule on Monday-Friday
