Security Officer -Patrol Driver - Retail

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail and mall environment.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, exterior perimeters, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.;
Monitor access points and public areas, provide direction and assistance to shoppers and/or visitors, and help manage crowds, lines, and customer concerns during peak traffic.;
Document and report patrol activity, incidents, and observations using required reporting tools, and communicate pertinent information to on-site personnel during shift handoff.
