A Style Consultant is a team member who focuses on strong operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience. They create in-store presentations that enable quick and easy self-discovery, welcome guests, assist with needs on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms, and ensure the floor is set with the right products, pricing, and signage.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to assist guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and capacity merchandising.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes including clearance merchandising and signing execution.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick-up, and Drive-up while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and engaging to solve their needs.
• Thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate via multiple devices and operate scanners and technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain composed and accomplish multiple tasks within time frames.
