We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to support environmental monitoring, aseptic sampling, and quality oversight activities in a cGMP-regulated biopharmaceutical environment. This role is responsible for ensuring inspection readiness, executing monitoring programs, resolving quality issues, and contributing to departmental and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, sound scientific judgment, and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring and water sampling in compliance with cGMP standards.
• Maintain a constant state of inspection readiness and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Apply scientific theory and technical principles to resolve moderately complex quality issues.
• Troubleshoot and support root-cause investigations through strong cross-functional partnerships.
• Serve as a technical SME for environmental monitoring and quality-related activities.
• Work independently on routine assignments and with guidance on complex tasks.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements and departmental initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with Supervisors and Managers, including handling sensitive information.
• Support Quality oversight activities and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with aseptic sampling and testing techniques.
