Overview
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with 2+ years in NICU to lead a nursing unit in a small community hospital offering Level 2 NICU, Pediatric, and LDRP services.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care (approximately 80%) and supervise staff; lead unit operations.
- Staffing, patient education, chart checks, and team development.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Oregon RN licensure.
- BLS and NRP certifications.
- Some certifications preferred within 6 months.
- Pay ranges from $54.61 to $82.46/hr plus $6.00/hr night shift differential, with relocation assistance up to $15,000.
