Shift: 3x12 Nights  1. A maximum of seven RTO days will be approved. 2. For any approved requests more than five days, the traveler is required to add the time to the end of the contract to allow a full 13-week assignment. 3. All time off requests must be outlined at the time of submission. Ratios:

• CRRT;
