As a Full Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Hillsboro, OR
. This exciting role will include a set schedule supporting 2 sites within the area. The scheduled hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
- Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
- Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
- Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies
- Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed
- Maintain patient health records ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date documentation
- Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain state RN licenses/certificates to practice
- Maintain Nurse Practitioner licenses/certificates to practice
- Maintain State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable)
- Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable)
- Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required)
- Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (if Master’s Degree in Science certificate does not state Nursing on it then a copy of transcripts is required)
- Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required;
Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services - At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting
