Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Provideprimary care servicesin an outpatient clinic setting.
Patient population includesages 2 years and older.
Practice islifestyle medicine focused, emphasizing preventive care and long-term wellness.
UtilizeEPICas the electronic medical record (experience is a plus).
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment.
ActiveNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantlicense in Oregon.
Previousprimary care experiencepreferred.
Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients.
EPIC experienceis a plus.
Strong clinical, communication, and patient engagement skills.
