Overview

Mixer Assistant - Food Production:
Our Client is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to assist with the daily production of our food products. You will work closely with mixers to stage and prepare ingredients, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.

Monday - Friday 5am-1:30pm or Monday-Thursday 1:30pm-12:00am

Hillsboro. Not public transit accessible

$17-$19/hr depending on experience

• Prepare and stage ingredients for daily production schedules.
• Weigh and measure ingredients according to company procedures.
• Perform pH tests and other quality control checks on products.
• Maintain accurate records for lot tracking and inventory.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Assist in all aspects of the production process, including the preparation of horseradish.

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in food processing or handling is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and read/write in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally more with assistance.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a Mixer role in the future.
